A protein smoothie can be a great quick breakfast for those with a busy morning. Also, it’s an easy way to add in those extra servings of vegetables we all need!
- 1 cup of frozen organic mixed berries
- 1 cup of favorite unsweetened nut milk (I like Oat or Hemp milk)
- Small handful of spinach or kale
- 1 scoop of vegan protein powder….WHY VeGaN? Stay Tuned for more on protein powders!
- 2 Tbsp of ground Flax seeds or Chia seeds
- Add more nut milk or ice depending on desired thickness
Mix all in Blender or Vita Mix and Enjoy!
